Oauth Device

RFC 8628 device authorization endpoint.

Mints a high-entropy opaque device_code and a short human-typable user_code (base32, e.g. WDJB-MJHT). Only SHA-256 HASHES of both are persisted — the raw values are returned once and never stored or logged.
