List Journal Style Presets Endpoint
9c1a3fd2 -- catalog for the journal-preset picker on the document review panel: every built-in preset plus this server's user-saved ones, each tagged source ("built_in"/"user") and shadows_builtin. See meridian_docs.docs_intel.list_journal_style_presets for the shape. Returns {"error": ...} (never a 500) when the meridian-docs extension isn't installed on this server.
