Add Tunnel Filesystem Root

live-fs-roots — add a served filesystem root and push it live.

Body: {"path": "..."} ("root" is also accepted). The path is normalized (surrounding quotes/whitespace stripped) and rejected if empty. It is appended to the tenant's persisted executor_config.filesystem_roots (deduped, order preserved), then pushed to the running tunnel via add_fs_roots so the connector serves it WITHOUT a restart. Returns the updated union of roots plus live (the control-send status).
