Enqueue Task

Paid-tier: queue a Claude subprocess and return the pending task row.

Responds with 202 Accepted so clients can distinguish this from a synchronous task creation. The worker runs in the background; poll GET /projects/{id}/tasks to see the result land.

ece2ac0a — this spawns a claude subprocess ON THE SERVER with a caller-chosen prompt and the server's own environment. On the hosted service that is operator-only (admin session + admin password); it was previously open to anonymous callers. Self-hosted is unchanged.
