Get Sessions

List sessions attached to the project.

Pass ?active_only=false to include closed and archived sessions (useful for the LIVE tab showing recent session outcomes). Expires stale sessions (last_seen > 30 min ago) before returning so the dashboard doesn't accumulate ghost entries indefinitely.
