Attendance of a teacher's booked pupils in their lessons

Requires permission: StaffMember

For each of the caller's appointments on the evening, the pupil's attendance this academic year in the lessons of the set the booking is for: registers taken, and how many they were present at (late counts as present). An appointment with no set, or a one-off set, has none. Withheld, like the teacher's bookings, until both family booking windows have closed.
