Apply chosen Changes Since Setup to a Parents' Evening

Recomputes the changes and applies the named ones, all or nothing; an id that no longer applies is skipped and counted. A joiner is added to the set; a leaver is removed and keeps their bookings. A teacher difference changes nothing unless switchTo names one of the iSAMS teachers: then the new teacher takes over the previous one's settings and new bookings, and with moveBookings each booking the new teacher is free for moves to them (the families are told); the rest stay with the previous teacher and are listed in notMoved (FR-013b). Pending requests that can no longer be booked (to a previous teacher, or for a pupil who left the set) are removed and counted.
