Ask a teacher for a Parents' Evening appointment

The late route: from the close of the parent window until the evening is hidden, a family asks one of their child's teachers for a meeting, which the teacher can accept into a slot. The pupil must be the caller's child (or a Parents' Evening administrator names the parent) and in the set; one pending request per family, teacher and pupil. The teacher is emailed; a failed email does not fail the saved request.
