Save the sets of a Parents' Evening

Changed on

Requires permission: ParentsEvening

Each posted set with at least one date and one teacher is created or updated: its dates are replaced and its teachers reconciled (flag edits are saved). A posted set with no dates or no teachers is removed, unless it has bookings, which refuses the whole save. Sets not posted are left alone. Teachers get a preference on each date they attend. On a finished evening, a newly added set's pupils are captured at once.
