Create Teams meetings for teachers on a Parents' Evening date

A Teams meeting in each chosen teacher's calendar from the date's first slot to the end of its last (a daily series when the slots run over several days), stored as their location. With no teachers chosen, every primary teacher attending the date. Teachers who already have one, or have no email, are skipped.
