Accept or reject a Parents' Evening appointment request

Only the teacher asked, or an administrator. Rejecting books nothing. Accepting names a slot on one of the request's allowed dates, and meets the slot rules a direct booking does: the teacher is available and free, the parent and the parent's partner have nothing else then (nor next to it, where the date asks for a gap), and the family has no booking with this teacher for this pupil and set. The appointment is booked in the same transaction, and only by the decision that moves the request out of Pending. The family is emailed when it is accepted.
