Revise Chapter From Notes

Gather open chapter review notes and start a normal chapter revision.

This is a convenience bridge for Codex and the website: notes are stored on the chapter, gathered here, then fed through the existing revise_chapter pipeline. Notes resolve only after the worker commits a new chapter revision.

Which revision number to revise from. None = latest.

Target word count for the revised chapter.

Model override for the server revision path.

revision_mode'surgical' | 'scene_rewrite' | 'full_rewrite' nullable

Caller-declared revision scope. Defaults to scene_rewrite.

bypass_plan_reasonstring nullable

Optional explicit reason to bypass structured planning for large/full rewrites.
