Cancel Job

Cancel an in-flight story job (pending or in_progress).

Flips both the persisted story status and the in-process job queue so unstarted work short-circuits immediately. Already-running chapter writes finish their current LLM call before stopping. Safe to call on terminal jobs — no-op.
