Billing App Store Sync

Re-read RevenueCat for the signed-in iOS user and return their tier.

The client may send its current RevenueCat customerInfo as diagnostic context, but the server does not trust it for access or identity: mcp-core looks up the signed-in account's own RevenueCat id (the Logto subject) with the server-side secret and stores store_subscription.
