List every story in the caller's library.

Returns a lightweight summary per story — no plan / cast / prose — suitable for picking which job_id to drill into with get_story. Each entry includes status, title, synopsis, chapter count, model, timestamps, and (when available) story_url for a click-through. Cheap; safe to call frequently.
