List external wallet balances (business)

Business-scoped cursor-paginated read-only token balances of the caller group's monitored external wallets: customer-connected, enabled, review-cleared wallets on onchain_ethereum or onchain_stellar. Join to GET /money/accounts/whitelist by money_account_id. Balances describe the address; they are not spendable platform funds and are never part of a platform balance.
