Get one of the caller group's cash subscriptions

Returns one WisdomTree cash subscription belonging to the caller's group: the amount subscribed, the share count owed, the customer-facing stage, and — once WisdomTree has stated one for the placed order — the wire instructions the customer's own bank must pay. instructions_pending is true when an order exists and no beneficiary has been stated for it yet. A subscription belonging to another group — or a movement that is not a cash subscription — is indistinguishable from a nonexistent one.
