List transfer approval requests (Sandbox)

Uses your business's isolated Sandbox data with your existing signed-in member permissions. Returns the group's maker-checker approval requests. A member holding transfers_approve sees every request; current withdrawers also see pending withdrawals held for release. Other business members see their own requests, including after initiation rights are revoked.
