Start Obs Profile

OBS profile folder (basic.ini + service.json) with the caller's OWN stream key embedded. Served only to the authenticated owner, no-store, and nothing about it is logged beyond the path (the key is never in a URL). Format verified against the OBS source, see provisioning.obs_profile_zip.
