Me Chat Messages

Return chat messages for the current user.

With no since param: last 50 messages, ascending (oldest first). With since=<ISO 8601 timestamp>: messages with received_at > since, ascending, limit 500.

Read-only feed; polling cadence is the client's responsibility. See templates/chat.html for the consumer (Step 7 v1).
