Oauth Youtube Disconnect

Disconnect the user's YouTube channel: revoke every stored refresh token at Google (best-effort; revoking the refresh token also kills all derived access tokens), then DELETE the user's youtube_connections rows, tokens and channel details included. Nothing is kept: YouTube API Services policy III.A.2 requires deleting Authorized Data within 7 days of an in-app revocation, and the privacy policy says disconnecting deletes it (owner decision 2026-10-19, replacing the old mark-inactive). A revoke that fails still deletes: the user asked to disconnect, and a token we no longer hold cannot be used by us.
