Oauth Kick Disconnect

Disconnect the user's Kick channel: delete its Kick event subscriptions and revoke the token (both best-effort), then DELETE the user's kick_connections rows, tokens included (owner decision 2026-10-19, same as YouTube; replaces the old mark-inactive).
