WHIP browser-encoder test slice. Crude, internal-only test page (not linked from nav): composites webcam+screen, forces H.264, WHIP-publishes to the dedicated whip MediaMTX instance (docker-compose.yml), which republishes as ordinary RTMP to the production relay on the user's real ingest key. Reads the key from the existing /api/me response, same as the dashboard's connection card.
