Api Whip Status

Is the caller's own active publish (if any) a browser WHIP session, looked up server-side via the same whip session list _whip_kick_session reads. Lets /app/golive-beta tell "you're live from this browser, a previous tab" apart from "you're live from a real external encoder" after a fresh page load, where nothing client-side remembers which.
