Api Credits Checkout

Start a one-off Stripe Checkout for overlay credits. The client sends a preset KEY; the amount comes from overlay_credits.TOPUP_PRESETS_CENTS server-side. Credit application happens in the webhook / return page / reconcile loop, all idempotent on the session id.
