Get Company Variable Costs

This month's variable cost, one line per vendor, for Company numbers.

Frederick, 2026-09-24: "We need the variable expenses ... all those deserve their own line item for the company ... I want to bring the company page online, but I need the company numbers to be accurate." And: "Just one line per vendor ... I just want to know what the total Plivo bill is."

Each line is the vendor's own bill where the vendor reports one, Roost's own count where it does not, and "not measured" where neither exists -- with month to date, today, the month's run rate (a projection), the daily series, and Roost's count beside the vendor's with drift over 5% flagged. ⛔THE SAME GRANT AS THE FIXED LINES, for the reason get_variable_cost gives: this is the other half of one screen. It writes nothing; the days it reads are kept by the billing tick worker.
