Credit Invoice Route

Credit an invoice: it keeps its real amount and stops being owed.

Frederick, 2026-09-08: "not that we receive payment, that I can give Pigeonly credits ... just so our accounting stays true." This never touches invoice_payments, so a credit can never be mistaken for collection in any figure that measures how well we get paid.

An agent principal is refused here whatever grants it holds -- a grant is not a person -- and this route is the ONLY caller of service.credit_invoice in app/ (pinned by tests/modules/finance/test_only_a_person_credits_an_invoice.py).
