Mark Invoice Sent

v1 parity: POST /:id/mark-sent (packages/api/src/routes/invoices.ts: 1713-1720). Gated by invoice_lifecycle.assert_sendable — v1's three send-path gates (draft-only, org lifecycle, balance) all resolve to HTTP 422 there, not the generic 409 _handle_domain_errors gives ArSendBlocked elsewhere (that mapping is for the AR pipeline's own internal use, never exercised through a route today), so both InvoiceNotDraft and ArSendBlocked are mapped to 422 here directly.
