What THIS person is paid. Their own row, and only ever their own.

⛔NO GRANT, AND NO PARAMETER. Frederick, 2026-09-02: "we can display that rate to them." Somebody seeing their own pay needs no permission -- they already know it -- but the absence of a principal_id here is what makes that true. A parameter would turn "see your own pay" into "see anyone's" the first time somebody changed a number in a URL.

⛔READ ONLY. There is no PUT beside this. Pay is written on Company numbers by whoever holds that grant; a person editing their own would make the figure that drives the company's cost estimate self-reported.
