Every registered Ricoh press appears (even at $0.00, so a screen never reads "no data" as "nothing was billed" -- see ubeo_equipment_match. one_equipment_cost's own docstring), PLUS an unassigned bucket for every UBEO invoice never matched to a machine ("UBEO -- not tied to a printer", Frederick's own words, never guessed). If the floor's equipment register carries no Ricoh rows at all, other_equipment names what DOES exist instead of silently returning nothing.
