Get Usage Summary
Activity-card aggregates: per-bucket totals + grand totals for the requested time window. period ∈ {24h, 7d, 1m, 3m, all}. group_by ∈ {model, provider, agent}. Buckets sorted by total_tokens DESC so the UI can take top-N directly.
