Lab Pricing

Seat prices the LAB purchase UI renders. Returns the price the CALLER would pay (academic vs commercial, resolved from their affiliation) plus the always-visible commercial rate, so the SPA can show '学术价 ¥79 (原价 ¥199)'. Sourced from PLAN_DEFINITIONS so it tracks any admin re-pricing.
