Record the user's agreement to the Terms of Service + Privacy Policy.

The redesigned login UI enforces a consent checkbox client-side (the form can't be submitted unchecked) and remembers it per-device so a returning user sees it pre-checked. This endpoint persists the legal record server-side. Stamped ONCE — first acceptance wins, so a later re-login doesn't keep moving the timestamp. Idempotent + best-effort: the client calls it post-auth and ignores failures.
