Claim Referral Endpoint
Attribute the (new) caller to a referral code and grant the referee benefits — a 3-day Plus taste + the one-time first-month-¥9 Plus offer. Called by the SPA right after signup when a ?ref= code is present. Idempotent + best-effort; returns {ok, reason?} (never raises).
