Get Figure Raw

Full-res tap target: 302-redirect to a fresh short-TTL presigned GET for the ORIGINAL figure blob (falls back to the compressed one when there's no separate original). This is what mobile tap-to-zoom + download hit. Owner-or-viewer gate (same visibility rules as reading the trajectory).
