Put User Confirmed Project Memory

Persist an explicit edit made in the interactive Project PI editor.

This route is intentionally unavailable to process tokens. A click on Save in the PI editor is already the user's review decision, so making the user review the same edit a second time is both confusing and lossy. AI/session-derived changes continue to use memory_proposals and cannot reach this endpoint.
