Cache-Control: no-store: this GET has no explicit caching headers otherwise, and a directory listing changes any time the campaign writes a new file — a browser that opportunistically cached one response (no validator needed to do so; absence of Cache-Control is not the same as "don't cache") kept serving it back verbatim on every later visit to this same conversation, across ordinary reloads, showing a workspace frozen at whatever it looked like the first time this exact URL was fetched.
