Download Preset Collateral

A sample of up to COLLATERAL_SAMPLE_SIZE collateral files analyzed under one product line (admin), zipped the same way files.py::bulk_download_files zips a selection.

"Analyzed under this product line" means marketing_collateral.preset_ids contains it — stamped at analysis time (see assign_preset_ids_to_collateral) — not merely uploaded to the company, so this names the same population usage_examples counts as using the preset. Newest-first, so the sample is the most recently analyzed collateral rather than an arbitrary slice.
