Api Get App Build Status

Poll a specific build's status by id.

PUT/POST/build all return the build_id; a client whose request timed out mid-build can poll this to learn the real outcome instead of inferring liveness from the runtime. Returns the AppBuild plus an ok flag and, when the build genuinely failed, the structured failure payload.

get/api/apps/{app_id}/builds/{build_id}
