Test Schedule Def Route

Send one delivery now using the settings on screen, saved or not.

Authorized exactly like create — app view access, and Run As still admin-only — but it writes nothing: no YAML in the model repo (an app publish's git add . would adopt a throwaway one as a real schedule), no job, no trust pin, no ledger row.
