Api Get Ask Chat

Find the current user's recent ask-mode chat about this app.

Ask chats are analysis conversations (no app editing) stamped with additional_metadata.app_context.dashboard_id. Resume within 7 days so a returning user continues their train of thought; older threads are stale enough that a fresh chat is the better default. Returns { chat_id } — null when none exists (same no-404 convention as /edit-chat: "no chat yet" is normal, not a console error).
