Update ackDB Sync Destination

Update one sync destination. field_mapping replaces the mapping for future deliveries; existing workflow rows are not re-pushed. status: paused holds new changes until Resume chooses how to deliver them. reentry_mode applies only to legacy current-state syncs; event ledgers always append re-entry as added.
