Set a company logo (by entity id)

Uploads a logo for an existing entity: bytes go to the file store, a pointer is written to the entity row. Body is a base64-encoded image (png/jpeg/gif/webp, <= 2MB decoded). Re-uploading overwrites in place.

Base64-encoded image bytes (<= 2MB decoded).

Optional provenance tag (e.g. "explorium"). Defaults to "api".
