Delete a score definition

Hard delete + transactional scrub of every saved segment referencing the score's columns (filters, sort, columns) — referencing views degrade gracefully instead of 400ing. Nothing is stored per record, so there is no other cleanup.

Disambiguates a scoreKey that exists on both grains (400 without it in that case).
