Merge Lead Into Existing Deal Route

Fold a pending lead's contact into an already-active deal for the same company instead of approving it into a second, unlinked deal.

Companion to POST /deals/{id}/approve — "Add to Deal" on the frontend's matched-lead card, gated behind the existing_deal_match annotation from GET /deals/pending. That annotation is advisory only; this route re-validates the company match server-side before doing anything.
