Get Pending Lead Review Row

One pending lead as one row of the review band page (GET /deals/pending?band=...&shape=review).

The chat app opens the Prospects sheet for one lead by id. The row has the fields and the annotations of a band page row, existing_deal_match included. The read is the band page's read for one id: the same org scope, the same visibility rule and the same annotators. It has no side effect: it schedules no first pass and enqueues no job. A 404 does not tell whether the id exists in a different org.
