Why this lead was recommended, as a short spoken briefing.

Same contract as /voice/deals/{deal_id}: org-scoped by the token, 404 (not an empty 200) when there is no such PENDING lead here, so the app can tell "gone / already approved" from "nothing to say" and fall back to the agent. Approve and reject are NOT here -- the app calls the existing POST /api/prospecting/deals/{id}/approve and /dismiss routes, which are the single chokepoints for those state changes.
