Get Prospecting Target Deal Ids

Ids of the open deals bound to a target's sales strategy.

target is a target uuid or any (the strategies of active targets only). The binding is the membership rule, not the deal's goal_id. The rule does not depend on the Sales Strategy activation state. Registered before /targets/{target_id} so that the dynamic route does not capture deal-ids.
