Split Deal Route

Split one attached conversation off a Deal into a new engagement (B-13, [rec]).

Backend only. The writer creates the Deal with engagement_seq + 1, the conversation's owner row moves to it, and a split_deal label is written. POST /deals/{deal_id}/split/undo on the new Deal reverses it.
