Popular dashboards over the trailing 30 days.

Org-wide dashboard view counts over the trailing 30 days (DVT-5234), restricted to dashboards the caller can open — the same read-visibility as GET /v1/dashboards, so a dashboard the caller cannot read never appears however popular it is. Ordered by views descending, then dashboard id. Soft-deleted dashboards and dashboards with no views in the window are excluded. Not role-gated.
